JACKSON, Miss. – The Jackson State Tigers scored in each of the first five innings as they defeated the New Orleans Privateers 10-3 on Tuesday night at Braddy Field. With the win, the two teams split the two-game season series. The Privateers got a runner into scoring position in each of the first three innings but could not break through against Jackson State starter, Christian Womble nor Stevins Spurgeon Jr. who got the win in relief.
