Puterbaugh Earns Second Rookie of the Week Honor

KINGSTON, R.I. -- Rhode Island men's track and field freshman Theo Puterbaugh was named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week, the league announced Tuesday. It was the second weekly accolade for the thrower, who earned Rookie of the Week following the opening week of competition during the indoor season. This past Saturday, Puterbaugh finished second in the shot put. He threw a mark of 54' 7.25" to help lead the Rams to a win.
