WESTWOOD – The Smith College rowing team’s 2V8+ was named the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Boat of the Week following a solid finish at the New York State Championship last Saturday. Smith placed third in the morning heat with a time of 7:39.513, coming in third behind Hamilton College and Marist College.
