The No. 22 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater softball team swept UW-Platteville in a doubleheader on the road Tuesday afternoon. The Warhawks blasted 12 hits en route to a 10-1, five inning win in the opener. Rhiann Dick (Palatine, Ill./Palatine) tossed a complete game one-hitter to lead UWW to a 1-0 win over the Pioneers in game two. The Warhawks got on the board right out of the gate as Grace Wickman (Wausaukee, Wis./Peshtigo) singled up the middle to plate the first run of the game in the top of the first.
