Taitt-Best captures NSIC Men’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week honor

BURNSVILLE, MN – Another impressive outing by Raheem Taitt-Best earned the University of Mary sprinter Northern Sun Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week honors. The sophomore from Bridgetown, Barbados, took home the 400-meter dash title at the Dewey Donat Classic on Sunday after running an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 47.57 seconds. He won the race comfortably by .65 seconds. Taitt-Best ranks 25th in country and first in the NSIC in the NSIC with a top time of 47.49 seconds.
