A three-star Wisconsin football recruiting target announced on Tuesday morning that his commitment is on the horizon.  Jack Shaffer, a North Dakota native, took to social media to announce that he will announce his commitment tomorrow, Wednesday April 24th, at 2:30 PM CST.
