Women’s Golf Completes Season with 5th Place Finish at Summit League Championship

The Omaha Mavericks women's golf team has put the wraps on their 2024 spring season with a fifth place finish at the Summit League Championship in Mayetta, Kansas. Sydney Taake opened the tournament with career best three under, 69 opening round. She closed Sunday sitting T2. Taake finished the weekend T11 and was +10 through the 54-hole tournament. Following her with a T21 finish was Emily Karmazin and Nicole Hansen . Karmazin shot +1 in her final round today for a 73.
