Women’s Tennis Sweeps Final SAA Athlete of the Week Awards

ATLANTA – Millsaps women’s tennis graduate Camille Fremaux and senior Madison Williams closed their strong regular season by sweeping the Southern Athletic Association women’s tennis weekly awards on Tuesday. Fremaux was selected the SAA Women’s Tennis Singles Athlete of the Week, while she teamed up with Williams as both were voted SAA Women’s Tennis Doubles Athletes of the Week by league coaches. Fremaux was terrific securing a pair of Court 1 singles wins over the weekend. She bested her Oglethorpe foe in a 7-6 (7-1), 6-3 decision on Saturday.
