PHILADELPHIA - The 1981 Tennessee State 4x400 Tigerbelle Relay Team has earned its place of honor on the Penn Relays Wall of Fame for its remarkable performance at the prestigious event. Comprised of Ernestine Davis, Judy Pollion, Debra Jones, and Chandra Cheeseborough-Guice , the relay team etched their names in history by setting a Relay Carnival record with a time of 3:33.04.
