RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) announced on Wednesday that junior Zoë Adams, of The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley's (UTRGV) track & field program, has been named the TicketSmarter WAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week. Adams picked up two wins and a program record at Rice's J. Fred Duckett Twilight on Saturday.
