NEW YORK, N.Y. – Purchase College first-year Brandon Gonzalez was named to the Skyline Conference Baseball Weekly Honor Roll, it was announced Wednesday. Over five games this week (3-2 overall, 3-1 Skyline), Gonzalez (Flushing, NY) went 5-for-17 with a homer, a double, four RBIs, seven runs, two stolen bases and two HBP. On the mound, he started twice and collected losses vs. NJCU and Manhattanville. During the two starts, he fanned eight. For the season, he is now batting .409 with 36 hits.
