Ashby and Barnes Shine in Pfeiffer’s 9-5 Win at Roanoke

Roanoke, 9-5SALEM, Va. –Thomas Ashby and Ben Barnes each racked up three hits to help lead the Pfeiffer Falcons baseball team over the Roanoke Maroons 9-5 on Wednesday afternoon in Salem, Va. Nate Callahan (3-2) picked up the victory out of the bullpen for Pfeiffer (17-18). The right-hander went two shutout innings while giving up one hit, allowing two walks and striking out two.
