Baseball beats RIT, 8-2

PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher University baseball team beat the RIT Tigers on Wednesday, 8-2. The Cardinals jumped ahead early, taking advantage of walks, errors, wild pitches, and two balks to score three runs to make it 3-0. They added two more runs in the fifth, as freshman Jackson Frey reached base on an error to score senior James Murphy and extend the lead to 4-0.
