Brett Adams named SAC Player of the Week honors for third time this year

Rock Hill, S.C.---- Wingate University senior first baseman Brett Adams has been named the WePlayed Sports South Atlantic Conference Baseball Player of the Week, league officials announced Tuesday afternoon. Adams earns Player of the Week accolades for the third time this season. Adams had a big week, leading Wingate to a 3-1 week that saw the Bulldogs take two out of three against Carson-Newman over the weekend. The 'Dogs opened the week with a victory at Belmont Abbey.
