KERRVILLE, Texas - Led by another solid showing by freshman Thomas Danielson , the Nicholls State University men's golf team shed six strokes off of its opening round score for a 304 in the second day of the Southland Conference Championship, held at Comanche Trace on Tuesday. The Colonels will wrap up the tournament on Wednesday, starting at 10 a.m. Nicholls ended the day seven strokes ahead of Texas A&M-Commerce and the teams will be paired up for the third time.
