Freshmen Hurlers Lead Yeomen to a Sweep of Kenyon
Gambier, Ohio – Behind dominant pitching performances from freshmen Calvin Burkholder and Grayson Black , the Oberlin College baseball team went on the road and swept conference-rival Kenyon College by the scores of 4-2 and 2-1 on Wednesday afternoon. It was nearly five years ago to the day when the Yeomen last beat Kenyon, taking both ends of a doubleheader against the then-Lords 8-2 and 9-2 on April 27, 2019, at Dill Field.
