Gettysburg appears in initial regional rankings

GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Gettysburg appeared in the initial release of the NCAA Div. III softball Region V Regional Rankings, released on Wednesday afternoon. For the third straight year, the first week’s regional rankings were released as an alphabetical listing to indicate which teams are considered regionally ranked so the committee can use the Record against Regionally-Ranked Opponents criteria for the second rankings next Wednesday.
