GENEVA, N.Y.— The Hobart baseball team earned a pair of non-conference wins over Elmira at McDonough Park this evening. The Statesmen won Game 1 going away 9-0 and prevailed 6-1 in the nightcap. Sophomore Alex Marancik started Game 1 and was perfect in three innings of work. He was backed by three-run homers off the bats of senior Ty Gallagher and first-year Jack Byrnes .
