Johnnies Win Five Events at Gophers’ Home Meet

SJU did not have a competitor in four events (steeplechase, 5,000 meters, discus, shot put) and collected 21 top-eight performances on the day. Senior Kevin Arthur (Champlin, Minn./Champlin Park) recorded a personal-best time of 10.38 seconds to win the 100-meter dash prelims. He did not, however, compete in the final.
