Mammoths slow down Blazers in 14-4 victory

CHICOPEE, Mass. — Senior Luke Padian was 3 for 5 with 4 RBIs Wednesday and classmate Jacob Ribitzki picked up his first win of the season to help the Amherst College baseball team defeat host Elms College, 14-4. Amherst picked up its 20th win of the season, improving to 20-8 overall. Elms fell to 16-19 on the season. The Mammoths will travel to rival Williams for a 4 p.m. game Friday.
