Men’s Soccer Secures First Ever CT Cup
FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The No. 1-seeded Sacred Heart University men's soccer team faced second-seeded Post University in the Connecticut College Cup (CT Cup) final on Sunday, April 21, winning 2-1 with goals from David Garcia Gallego and Javier Lopez Cayuela. SHU remained perfect this spring season with a record of 5-0. Six in-state teams competed in the third edition of Connecticut's College Cup – a spring competition among many of the state's collegiate programs.
