Mules Fall to Bates in Tight NESCAC Match

Lewiston, Maine – The Colby Women’s Lacrosse Team came up short tonight, falling to the Bates Bobcats 9-8. The Mules’ record is now 5-5 in NESCAC and 10-5 overall. The first quarter was high-scoring for both teams, with Colby taking a 2-1 lead in the first five minutes of the game. Bates came back with a vengeance, though, pulling ahead and leading the first quarter with a score of 5-3.
