Prinsloo Collects Third Sun Belt Field Athlete of the Week Honor

NEW ORLEANS – Francois Prinsloo was named Sun Belt Field Athlete of the Week for the third time this outdoor season, the league announced Wednesday afternoon. Prinsloo is fresh off his fifth win in the discus at the Auburn Tiger Track Classic, where he logged a throw of 59.84 meters (196'4") to beat all of his other competitors by nearly 24 feet. With one week remaining in the regular season, he still owns the No.2 ranked discus throw in the NCAA and the No.1 ranked throw in the Sun Belt with a mark of 64.41 meters (211'4"). Up Next South...
