Rockledge’s Jaida Williams-Goins has put together strong season leading up to postseason

After starting track at the age of 5, Rockledge's Jaida William-Goins has cemented herself among the top hurdlers in the state with multiple notable performances during her senior year. At the Cape Coast Conference meet on April 19, Williams-Goins placed first in the 100 hurdles (13.96) and in the long jump (18-3.25). Earlier in the season, she ran a time of 13.81 in the 100 hurdles placing her fourth in the state rankings. Williams-Goins also participates in the 400 hurdles, long jump, and triple jump.
