RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Alexander Schovanec was honored as the Great American Conference Field Athlete of the Week this afternoon, the league's committee announced. It is the second time he has received the GAC's weekly award in his career. Schovanec registered two wins and a runner-up finish at the Ford Mastin Twilight last Thursday.
