Menomonie, WI – The Polars Softball team faced off with Wisconsin-Stout on Wednesday and fell by a score of 15-1. UW-Stout put up 7 runs in the first inning and didn’t look back as Crown fell after 5 innings of play. The Polars totaled 3 hits on the day with Emmy Romportl , Katie Vaughan , and Morgan Aylsworth earning hits. The lone run from Crown came when Romportl scored on an error.
