Track & Field teams begin busy weekend at Rittgers Invitational

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The Augustana Vikings men’s and women’s track and field teams competed at the Rittgers Invitational hosted by Coe on Thursday. The women placed first out of six teams, while the men finished second out of five. On the women’s side, Madison Wies found victory in the 3000-meter run, clocking in at 11:09.49 for a new personal record by 23 seconds.
