Allen capitalizes on Little Elm miscues, posts 5-0 win to sew up No. 2 seed in 5-6A

ALLEN—In recent weeks, the message from Allen head baseball coach Jason Wilson to the Eagles has been to make the opposing team's defense beat them. And while it might not have directly resulted in a base hit on Wednesday, Allen did its part to put pressure on Little Elm through either small ball or plate discipline. The Lobos held up their end in holding the Eagles without a hit on the night, but miscues between the margins proved costly in a 5-0 loss that clinched the No. 2 seed in District 5-6A for Allen.
