Boys golf: Verona’s Andrew Lisle swings to medalist honors at triangular
Sophomore Andrew Lisle ran away with medalist honors during a tightly contested Big Eight Conference Tri on Wednesday, April 24, at Riverside Golf Course in Janesville. Lisle carded a 75, five strokes better than Janesville Parker junior Grady Lutterman, who earned runner-up honors with an 80. The teams at the triangular were separated by just four strokes. Janesville Parker finished first with 334 strokes, followed by Verona’s 337 and Sun Prairie East’s 338. Verona junior Finn Norberg carded an 86. Verona juniors Brett Burrs and Silas Schultz both fired 88s. Junior Andrew Fischer had a 92 for the Wildcats.
