Column: Custard exceed her expectations, wins Women’s Bowler of the Year title

Going into the bowling season, Savannah Custard’s only goal was to average 200. Winning the annual Cat’s Women’s Bowler of the Year award never entered Custard’s mind — until on Tuesday when she heard those words from this columnist. “Dang, Cat, I am speechless!” she said humbly, a first-time winner. “Thank you so much!
