NEWARK, N.J. -- A New Jersey Devils spokesperson confirmed to The Hockey News that forward Timo Meier's elective shoulder surgery was successful. The procedure was performed by Devils Chief Medical Officer Dr. Jonathan L. Glashow and Team Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Guillem Gonzalez-Lomas on April 23.
