Lee Named Ivy Rookie of the Year as Three Bulldogs Earn Year-End Honors
PRINCETON, N.J. – First year Joanne Lee of the Yale women's golf team has been named the Ivy League Rookie of the Year, as announced on Thursday, April 25. Lee, a Henderson, Nevada native, picked up her first win of the season at the Yale Invitational, and then won the Pine & Ivy match play event in March. Sophomore Mia Sessa earned First Team All-Ivy accolades after tying for second at the Ivy League Championships, while junior Sophie Simon earned Second Team All-Ivy honors after finishing sixth.
