Little Competes in Hammer Throw at Penn Relays
Dave Janosz PHILADELPHIA – Junior thrower Samiyah Little represented the East Stroudsburg University women's track and field team in the hammer throw on the opening day of the Penn Relays on Thursday at Franklin Field. Little captured a 19th place finish in a field loaded with Division I throwers as the Williamsport native launched the hammer 45.06m (147-10) on her first attempt. Up Next Select Warriors return to Franklin Field tomorrow for day two of the Penn Relays while other members of the ESU squad travel to Lehigh for the Covert Classic
