McKenna scores twice in Canada’s opening win at U18’s

Vantaa, FIN - Gavin McKenna (Whitehorse, YT) lead the way for Team Canada in their opening game of the preliminary round at the World U18 Tournament in Finland Thursday afternoon with a 6-3 victory over Sweden. The Tigers Co-MVP & Rookie of the Year had two goals in the first period including the eventual game winner on the power play, all in part of a four-goal first period.
