NFHS introduces high school wrestling rule changes, including three-point takedown
Iowa High School wrestling is about to look a bit different next season. In fact, it'll look more like the version of collegiate wrestling we saw this past season via these National Federation of High School Associations (NFHS) rule changes that schools in Iowa will be using for the 2024-25 season since the IHSAA and IGHSAU follow the NFHS guidelines.
