INDIANAPOLIS, IND. – The first edition of the 2024 NCAA Division II women's lacrosse regional rankings was released on Tuesday, and the No. 1 Pace University women's lacrosse team was listed. In the first set, the teams are not ranked. Instead, they are listed in alphabetical order, with next week's edition featuring proper rankings for each region.
