Baseball Drops One Game to Adrian; Ejections Result in Double Forfeits for Games Two and Three of the Series
The Hope College baseball team lost to Adrian College, 11-3, on Friday at Boeve Baseball Stadium. Game 2 on Friday’s double header was not completed and Game 3 in the series at Adrian was canceled, MIAA Commission Dr. Chris Brown announced. Read the MIAA’s statement below: “We want to address the unfortunate incident that occurred during today’s doubleheader between Adrian College and Hope College. During the second game, a collision between players resulted in both teams’ benches clearing onto the field.
