BASEBALL: Gage Cobb strikes out nine in complete-game win, Lobos split with UMHB
Gage Cobb became the first Sul Ross State pitcher this season to toss a complete-game that resulted in a win. Cobb struck out a season-high nine batters to help lift the Lobos to a 4-1 victory over the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Crusaders during Game 1. Game 2 was nothing short of entertaining and competitive as it took 10 innings to decide the winner.
