Blazers Drop CCS Semifinal Match to Covenant

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Belhaven Men’s Tennis team fell to No. 2 Covenant in Friday’s CCS Semifinal Match, 5-1, to conclude the Blazers’ season. CCS Player of the Year Abraham Gonzalez and Justin Humphrey earned a hard-fought 8-6 win in the No. 1 Doubles match to get the Blazers on the board. Belhaven dropped a pair of doubles matches to fall behind 2-1 heading into singles action. Covenant picked up three wins to seal the victory by a 5-1 margin.
