Camels take opening game against College of Charleston

BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell baseball won their second Friday conference game of the year, toppling College of Charleston, 11-5, Friday night at Jim Perry Stadium. The Camels (27-13, 8-8 CAA) scored four runs in the fifth and eighth innings to propel themselves over the Cougars (29-11, 12-4), who entered the contest tied for first place in the conference standings.
