Eagles Outlast Dukes 4-3 on Friday Night

STATESBORO – The Georgia Southern softball team outlasted James Madison with a 4-3 victory over the Dukes on Friday night at Beautiful Eagle Field. James Madison (29-17, 11-8 SBC) struck first in the topo of the second inning after a leadoff double, a RBI sacrifice fly from Madison Edwards put the Dukes up 1-0.
