Greenwood’s Cruse looks to shake ‘curse,’ return to state track meet

Kind of an odd coincidence that Makena Cruse’s last name is an anagram for “curse.” So eerily similar. Heck, all you need to do is swap two little letters — the R and the U — to get from one to the other. Are you? One can forgive the Greenwood junior for believing that there is indeed some sort of curse hanging over her.
