Grinnell men punch ticket to 17th consecutive NCAA D-III Tourney with another MWC Tournament crown
MADISON, Wis. – For the Grinnell College men’s tennis team, the beat simply goes on. The Pioneers advanced to their 17th consecutive NCAA Division III Tournament by winning the Midwest Conference Team Tournament Friday at Nielsen Tennis Center. The MWC Tourney crown is Grinnell’s 20th in a row and 21st overall. Grinnell opened the day by blanking Lawrence University 5-0, the Pioneers’ eighth consecutive first-round shutout in tourney history.
