Hanson, Wolford Honored as MAAC Announces Men’s Lacrosse Awards

Sophomore faceoff specialist Micah Hanson and freshman attackman Mason Wolford were both recognized on Friday as the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced its men's lacrosse award winners for the 2024 season. Hanson was tabbed the league's Faceoff Specialist of the Year and was an All-MAAC First Team selection while Wolford was named to the MAAC All-Rookie Team. A native of Black Earth, Wis., Hanson is the second player in program history to be named MAAC Faceoff Specialist of the Year, joining Mike Moran (2013) on the exclusive list.
