High school baseball roundup: Onalaska keeps grip on first place in MVC

ONALASKA — The Onalaska High School baseball team maintained its lead in the MVC and continued to bounce back from its only two losses of the season with a second straight win over Sparta on Thursday. The Hilltoppers (8-2, 6-0) beat the Spartans (2-5, 1-4) 10-0 in six innings at the American Legion field and started things with a four-run first inning.
