Mbambo Sets PR in 5K as Track & Field Runs at Penn Relays

Men's Track and Field | April 26, 2024 PHILADELPHIA – Taonga Mbambo set a personal best and recorded the third fastest time in program history in the 5k as the La Salle track & field team competed at one of the top meets in collegiate track at the Penn Relays. RESULTS Mbambo's time of 13:59.6 was 8th in a field of 70 runners. Arthur Cosson also put forth a strong effort, finishing 29th overall and coming up just short of the personal best of 14:07.72 he set earlier this year. His time is 8th in program history in the event....
