Men’s & Women’s Golf Set to Compete at Landmark Championships This Weekend

The University of Scranton men’s and women’s golf teams are set to compete in the Landmark Conference Championships that will be held this weekend at Shawnee Golf Course. Tee time for round one is slated for 9 a.m. on Saturday. Led by head coach Ed Karpovich, the men’s team looks to defend its Landmark Conference title after defeating Drew by two stokes a year ago. Junior Danny Harding (Vestal, N.Y./Vestal) sank a birdie putt on the 18th hole to help secure the title for Scranton and capture the individual title with a two-day score of 147 (+7).
