Oneonta Opens SUNYAC Tournament at New Paltz

ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Oneonta women’s lacrosse team looks to make a post-season run this Saturday when they open the SUNYAC Tournament First Round at New Paltz at 11 a.m. The Red Dragons (5-11, 3-6 SUNYAC) come into the playoffs as the sixth seed, while the Hawks (13-3, 6-3) host as the third seed. Under first-year head coach Mackenzie King, Oneonta makes its tenth-straight SUNYAC Tournament. Junior Cassidy Moore (Hampton Bays, NY/Hampton Bays) paces the Red Dragons’ offense with 64 points (43 goals, 21 assists), which ranks tenth in the conference.
