Petrels post PRs at day one of SAA championships

CONWAY, Ark. – The Oglethorpe Stormy Petrels recorded multiple personal bests and several top five finishes in the first half of the Southern Athletic Association Championship meet. Zachary Benner highlighted the men’s side with a high finish in the 10k, while Elina Malancea in the 3k steeplechase and Hailey Wright in the long jump were the point-getters for the women. Men’s Results Benner took fourth place in the 10k with a time of 32:38 to earn five points for the Stormy Petrels.
