Skidmore surges in singles for 6-3 win over Garnet Chargers
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Skidmore College women’s tennis team won five out of six singles matches to rally from a 2-1 doubles deficit for a 6-3 win over visiting Union College on Friday evening. Skidmore, ranked 38th nationally, is 9-5 on the year and 6-1 in the Liberty League. Union is 9-7 and 3-4. The tandem of Konika Dhull and Grace Truong picked up a point for the Thoroughbreds in first doubles.
